When does USC's RD decisions come out?

RADtomato - you could always go for a semester to that other school, and then come to USC for Spring :)

3.9 UW, 2130 SAT/32 ACT, 8 AP’s overall, average EC’s (dedicated a lot to one activity but not much leadership), decent essays, 710, 770 SAT II’s
I got into Marshall Business. Also got into UCLA, UCSD, and some other safeties. Springd Admit is a lot better than rejection and for me right now, its behind UCLA but above SD in terms of options. I mean in the brochure it says 500 students accepted spring admission last year. So in a class of 3000 (assuming spring admits are counted in that #), 1/6 of the class is spring admits. Good luck to everyone who is still waiting on their USC decision. :)

^i wish. I think I’m going to go the info day on the 23rd of april which has more info on spring admits and see if I could see myself doing that. honestly, i’d prefer to go to USC over UCLA, but the term thing kind of changes things. On the bright side, I like how USC does spring admits and not waitlist like many other schools.

Hahaha aw, thanks @bigkev! Hopefully it will come with a nice amount of financial aid as well, or it looks like I’ll be going to Irvine… =/

anyone from texas hear yet?

I’m from Houston and I think decisions should reach here by Friday if you’re accepted!

It’s been predicted that you should be receiving your letters tomorrow at the earliest.

@chinesefireball - I used to live in Houston too! Fort Bend/Sugar Land area. I moved to Ohio though haha

yea im from houston as well

Haha I’m from the Houston area too…weird stuff.

Might be going back home if I end up attending Rice.

bigkev have you heard yet?

Not yet man, I don’t expect to until tomorrow or Friday. I live in WI right now anyways, so my time estimates won’t help you if you’re in Houston.

Rad Tomato,

In four years when you walk through Alumni Park wearing your cap and gown your parents will be watching you…filled with pride. Do you think it will make any difference then if you were admitted a bit later than others in your class?

Last year about 10,000 students applied to transfer to SC. Many were from other four year colleges. This year I anticipate even a larger number who wish to enter, even if they are not freshmen. They are happy to enter, even though they missed their entire first year at SC.

Think of the 29,000+ freshmen who did not receive that packet today. I imagine many of them would be ecstatic to change places with you.

Give it some thought. You are in!! Last year spring admits made a Facebook group, arranged socials together, went to some football games, attended campus plays and concerts. They became part of SC…just later.

With luck, the mail trucks will work their way up to Wisconsin for BigKev and me tomorrow :)

Dude, we are gonna go to the border tonight and stop any mail truck that tries to get into the state. We won’t let them go until we search every letter on board.

I’m down for that. Ski masks and black clothing sound good? Gotta stay warm after all…

I was thinking more of the minimalist approach - black compression shorts. Our skin tones and hair will blend in with the night sky…

I guess you guys will have to come to Illinois because I will have already ambushed the mail trucks and kept them there until I found my letter :)

Ah yes, of course. How about a compromise - black compression shorts and ski masks. The mailmen won’t know what hit them!

■■■… I just realized that i put the wrong city and zip code but the right address for the address I put when applying to USC… what should I do??
