When does W&M want accepted students' grades?

I was accepted into W&M during the Early Decision round in December (Yay! Thanks for making my holidays enjoyable!). Now I'm wondering if W&M wants to also see accepted students' mid-year reports soon--in addition to the final transcript at the end of the year--and if so when? I don't see anything about it on the website, but some of my friends still need to send mid-year reports after being accepted ED to other schools. Thanks!

Hey girl, congrats! Its on the wm.edu/welcome site, they want midyear reports as soon as possible (whenever your semester ends.) Also, you don’t need to worry how it is submitted- whether with the commonapp form or just your transcripts. They just want to see that we’re not getting senioritis-- which I am, but so far my grades don’t reflect it! :)

Thanks, Skydancer, and congratulations to you as well! I didn’t see that on the website… but I suppose I looked for information mostly on the Admissions portion of the website.

Thanks! Here’s the link, I’m not sure if CC will let me post it but its worth a try!
[William & Mary - Remember to Send your First-Semester Grades](http://www.wm.edu/admission/undergraduateadmission/discover/announcements/remember-to-send-your-first-semester-grades.php)

plaidskirtkid, Skydancer is right. We do require mid-semester and final grades for early decision admits. Once admitted, all of your pertinent information will come from the Welcome site ([William & Mary - Discover the Tribe](http://www.wm.edu/welcome)). The Undergraduate Admission site is primarily for prospective students and applicants who have not received a decision.

Thanks, W&M Admission. My school works on a trimester system, meaning that my second trimester grades will be available in March. Should I just send my first trimester grades, which were released after Thanksgiving instead? Thanks!

Yes, just send us your first-trimester grades now (you can have your counselor mail them to us) and then send a final transcript when you graduate (your high school should do this automatically)
