When does welcome week start?

I'm an international student form Singapore and i really need to book my flights to the US. I understand that international students have to go earlier for international soar how much earlier is that? If school starts sept 4, does welcome week also start then?</p>

<p>Given the importance of the timing to you, I would contact the International Student support group at Wisc, and not depend on CC. People here can give you opinions based on their knowledge and experiences, but if you need facts, it’s better to go directly to the University.</p>
