When exactly are SAT scores released?

Hello,

I have taken the November 2nd SAT subject test.
Also, I received an email from the University of Minnesota that the Early Action deadline has been extended through November 15th.
So, I decided to apply to EA, but with SAT subject test scores self-reported through the Common App.
Although U of M does not require SAT subject test, I decided to put in so I can show my depth of knowledge (since I am expecting 750+ for both subjects).
However, the local time is 23:39 now and the application has to be sent by 23:59 ‘LOCAL’ time, according to the email sent by U of M.
If the scores are not out within the next few minutes, I will have to send the application without the scores reported in it.
This means either I will have to spend extra money to send the scores or just choose not to send the scores since U of M does not require it.
Does anyone know when exactly the scores will be out?

Okay, I decided to send the application without the scores because CollegeBoard won’t post my scores in like a few hours. If I knew this would happen, I would have sent the application a week ago, rather than waiting until the last minute. Now I seem like a procrastinator to the admissions officers. Definitely not a good impression on CollegeBoard.
