When exactly is the deadline for early action?

Hi everyone! Just like many of you on this forum, I’m looking forward to submitting my application to UNC within the next couple of days. And, just like some of you on this forum, I’m scrambling to make sure I get everything in on time.

I’ve been wondering about the exact deadline to apply EA to UNC. Is the EA application due by 11:59 PM on October 14th? Or is the deadline 11:59 PM on October 15th? (This is specifically for students who weren’t impacted by Hurricane Matthew and don’t have an extension to the original deadline.)
