When/how should I hear back?

I know the website says 4-6 weeks, but it’s pretty shaky on how you should receive your decision. Is it by email, randomly on portal, snail mail? Thanks

@jkirsy Ghosh! Memory fades and I am not able to locate any old emails. If I am not mistaken, we got email. If time permits will check snail mail box and will update.
