When I Post Once, It Posts Twice

And then I get the message that I can only post once every 60 seconds, so I have to wait for another 45 seconds. After that, I see I’ve posted twice, so I have to delete one of my posts.

Anyone having the same problem? I doubt that after all this time I’ve forgotten how to post.

I’m guessing this strange behavior was an early warning to the troubles earlier this evening. Please feel free to PM me if you experience any such trouble with the site.
