I'd like to work out when the least amount of people are at the gym. What days and times are generally a good time to go when not that many people are there?

I’ve noticed later at night, the later the less crowded.

The crowds from Gregory Gym move into PCL pretty much at around 9 PM - 10 PM on weekdays, so you may want to try then. Or, if you can stomach it, get up early…no one but the really serious students are there at 6 AM. I’ve also noticed lunch time and dinner time are a bit less crowded, but not by too much. Friday evenings around dinner and into the night are also not bad.

Seriously, though, if you want to find a serious workout place, hit up the Rec Sports Center.

I’m not sure what part of the gym you are talking about. But I run the track at 10pm every night (except Friday and Saturday since it closes early) and there are usually only 5-10 others up there. No real crowds.

The track is always pretty empty. The cardio and weight areas are usually packed, though.

I’m mostly interested in the cardio and weight areas, which i’m guessing are the usually crowded parts of the gym.
