When is it a good time for freshmans to transfer?

When is it a good time for freshmans to transfer?
Some schools I was looking to transfer to were:
1. UIUC
2. UCLA
3. UC Berkeley
4. Madison
5. U Michigan - Ann Arbor

.....

Also, where do you think I should go to get an easy transfer to?

My status at the moment:
Accepted to:
1. Rose Hulman Institute of Technology - Computer Engineering/Computer Science
2. UIC - Computer Science
3. Illinois Institute of Technology - Computer Engineer

Denied from:
1. UIUC - Computer Science

Pending:
1. Purdue University -
first choice - Electrical Computer Engineering Technology
second choice - Computer Science

estimated total cost for my first year
$30,329.00 - IIT cost
$28,564.00 - UIC cost
$47,712.00 - RHIT cost
$41,790.00 - PU cost
.....

I seem to hear alot about Purdue being a better choice than IIT and Rose Hulman. Is this true?

Stats? Depending on whether or not your HS record is strong you would want to apply at different times.

im above standard requirements... i know that much...

apply for spring where you can then ( because you will probably get in if you are above what the usually require and the fact that they can maybe only see one semester worth of grades won't hurt you since your HS record is strong), and then apply for fall admission ( sophomore standing). A few schools also have quarterly transfer avaliable, which means you can apply for summer or winter admissions as well--check that out too.

Fresh*men*. Fresh*men*. :)

The plural of man is men.

Anyway, UCs only take junior transfers.

lol freshmans.
