Is January a good date to take the Math 2 sat II? I know most people take it May/June... is it better to take it when there are less test-takers or more...?

Whenever you’re most prepared?

I’m taking it January…

How much time are you giving yourself to prepare…?

is 3 weeks enough…?

^ It should be! Unless you’re trying to learn alot of trig because you haven’t taken it in school or something. I took it last year, wasn’t really happy with my score so I’m taking it this year. THe thing is, I kinda forgot alot of the trig stuff so I had to review those quite a bit. I only needed 2 weeks (christmas break) to study…I’m just reviewing a bit here and there and doing a practice test here and there until jan.24.

But yeah, 3 weeks is definitely enough time! That’s how long I plan to spend studying both SAT Lit and Chem for the June SAT

The best time to take the math 2 subject test is after you have taken pre-calc; the sooner the better (so you don’t forget the material)
