<p>The earlier the better as they are rolling admission colleges, so apply as soon as you can after applications come out (Sep or October) and get test scores (SAT or ACT, SATII's are not needed) and transcripts in as quickly as possible too</p>
<p>As long as your app is complete, you should apply as early as possible</p>
