When is the CSS Profile Due for the December 1 application deadline at USC?

<p>On their website (<a href="http://www.usc.edu/admission/fa/applying_receiving/undergraduates2/newstudents.html"&gt;http://www.usc.edu/admission/fa/applying_receiving/undergraduates2/newstudents.html&lt;/a&gt;) it states February 13, 2015 for new first year students, but is it the same deadline for the December 1 application deadline?</p>

<p>The December 1 deadline is for merit scholarship consideration only, which is independent of financial need, so there wouldn’t be a need for an earlier CSS Profile deadline.</p>
