I thought I had put Harvard on the list but then I received a student score report today and it wasn't there. I've just sent a rush report to Harvard. Will it get there in time ?

Harvard doesn't accept rush reporting. You should call the admissions office.

Hey actually I think Harvard does accept rushed reports, because I rushed mine and the updated scores were added to my online status thing on the admissions page. I took the test on Feb 5th because of snow cancellations, and called them up as soon as I got my scores. They said that rushed scores were fine.

Thanks WillyShakes. I'm feeling a lot better now.

Actually, from what I understood when I called the Harvard Admissions office, Rush Reporting doesn't help colleges get your scores quicker, because they arrive on paper rather than electronically (which is how they all eventually end up anyway). I sent mine via the regular reporting method and they were received much sooner than expected.

Also, when I got the letter in the mail from CollegeBoard that listed where I'd sent my scores, it left out several schools, even though each school reported having received the scores (I have no idea why.) So to make sure that Harvard actually doesn't have it, you may want to check the online log-in system or call the office.

If the scores are reported as missing there also, you should probably call the Admissions Office, and then send your scores them your scores ASAP. Assuming CollegeBoard's assertion that regular reporting takes three weeks is true, then, because it has been about four weeks from the last acceptable testing date, you should be okay.

Cheers.

Thank you very much. I'm relieved.
