All of the schools I am applying are due either January 1st, January 2nd, or January 3rd. I recently took the Math 2 SAT 2 on December 9. I won't get my score for it until December 23rd. I already took the test this year and I just wanted to take it again.

I was wondering if sending all of my scores on December 23rd would be too late. Should I just send all of my scores and not send my Math 2 score? Or should I wait until the 23rd and send it?

Would I have to rush my scores if I wanted to send them on the 23rd?

For about 99% of all colleges with Jan deadlines, ordering the Dec scores sent regular delivery after they come out is fine – the scores just need to be sent by deadline date, they generally want them in their hands by about mid-Jan, and many of them even take Jan test scores.

The other 1%, and usually you will find they clearly state this on their website, want everything in their hands, including transcripts, scores, rec letters and anything else, by the deadline date, and for those you might consider a rush if they accept rush scores.

Some of my schools say that the scores must be postmarked by January 1st. Would this mean that I would have to ask Collegeboard to send them before then, or does it mean that they have to be sent from Collegeboard’s facilities before January 1st?
