<p>July 31st, 2nd year but junior standing. compare to my other 2nd year friends, i have a relatively early phase 2. i know some who have theirs the first week of august.</p>

<p>basically, you first semester, you phase 2 time does not have any basis as they have not yet processed your AP/IB/CC units to see which incoming frosh have more units than others. This might not get done for a while, so your TeleBEARS appointments in fall (for Spring 2010 enrollments) will also probably not always account for your AP/IB/CC units.</p>
<p>BTW if you are an International Baccalaureate diploma student, when you get here, go to Sproul Hall and get a clear confirmation of whether or not they have received your IB scores (ask them if they have your IB scores on file). If they say they don’t contact your IBC from high school ASAP so they can get them sent again.</p>
<p>I ****ed up on my IB tests and got 29, 1 point away from getting my units. Hopefully it doesn’t hurt me that badly though</p>
<p>^ it depends on what scores you got on your HLs. Most of them net you 5.3 each. So if you got 5’s on your HLs, you will still get 5.3*3 = 15.9 units.</p>

<p>I have a question. I’m entering Cal with almost 60 units done (AP and CC classes), so for next year, I will have completed enough units to be a junior probably, so do I get junior priority? Or am I still considered a sophomore next year for telebears appointments?</p>
<p>I have 21 CC units, and around 37(?) AP units. I forgot the exact number.</p>
<p>ahh i think i understand. thanks! so i’ll move up a ‘non AP level’ during 2nd semester telebears, and AP credits don’t make a difference except me getting an earlier time than others in my ‘non AP level’</p>
<p>Leftist- would I get 5.3 credits each of the HL tests I got a 5+ on PLUS 20 credits for getting the diploma with 30+ total points (a 35.9 credits total) or is it 20 points max?</p>

<p>I dunno how many credits I’m coming in as a freshman. I have 5 transferable CC courses and 5 AP scores that count as credit…I should get to finding that out soon.</p>
