when it gets warm outside, which clothes do you change first?

And which order do you do it in?

Do you forgo socks and closed-toe shoes first, or sweaters first, or long-sleeved first, or pants in favor of shorts first?

And what is the order?

1: jacket
2: sweater
3: pants => shorts (but this doesn't happen where I live)
4: socks + closed-tie shoes => open-toed shoes

1) jackets (I live in cali so I barely wear one past January, if at all during the year lol)
2) open-toed shoes (again, by the time February came around..)
3) sweaters (long gone by about april/early may)
4) pants

I seriously have NO idea how people live in cold weather.. I thrive on 95F :D

My ordering matches Pinkpanther’s, with the exception of jackets. I also live in a warmer climate, which means air conditioning is common, so I can wear jackets indoors year-round. Outdoor jackets are the first to go. I’m a sandals person, so I shed winter boots and socks as soon as I’m able. Sweaters and long-sleeved shirts go next. In the warmer months, I’ll wear both pants and shorts.

Sweaters, definitely. As soon as it hits 50 outside I’m out of them.

Then open-toed shoes, then jackets, and finally shorts (but I just don’t really like shorts).

The jacket goes first, then the shoes, then the pants, and then the sweater.

Heck, the sweater never goes. I walk around with short shorts, sandles, and a hoodie =].

Jacket, sweater/long sleeve shirt, pants. Never lose socks and shoes. :D

Jacket, long sleeves, winter shoes, and then maybe the shorts go to pants. I don’t really like shorts too much either.

Jacket/sweater and pants go at the same time. 50 degrees is tee-shirt and shorts weather.

I get rid of the pants and jackets first. I love wearing hoodies with shorts, especially during the summer when it’s a “cooler” day (high 80s). Hot days (90s plus) is shorts and tees, but I just love hoodies  And I have an absurd hatred of feet and wear sneakers all year.

Wait. I thought everyone took off their undies first. Am I the only one?

jackets

sweaters/long-sleeved shirts

warm shoes (in exchange for flip flops or something)

long pants

Shoes and socks are unnecessary. Sadly, I’m the only one who takes those off first. ;)

Alex

jackets

long sleeves/sweaters

closed toe shoes

jeans/winter pants

Hehe, I live in Minnesota so my changing starts happening when it’s like 50F.

Winter coat to sweatshirts

Boots to flip flops

Jeans to dresses and skirts

Sweatshirts to Tshirts (This honestly happens when it’s like 75 degrees.)

Close toed shoes
sweaters
pants
It does not get cold enough for jackets

Usually for me, I lose the jacket around April, and the sweater in June. It never gets warm enough in Ohio to warrant a loss of the other two.

shoes, sweaters, pants, jackets.

I live in Texas so really, winter is like a month long… but the jackets are the last to go b/c who knows with texas in the spring…

Summer:

Underwear
Basketball/Swimming Shorts
Nike Slides/Sandles
Wifebeater (optional)

Very little clothing.
