D was deferred from Tufts in the ED1 round. She finished her LOCI, but was holding it until her (strong) Q2 grades come out late next week. Should she send it next week or early February on the theory that AOs are still focused on ED2 apps? Thanks in advance.

We were advised to send it now (by someone who used to work in admissions at a SLAC). My D finished hers recently as well, so she uploaded this weekend. Good luck to your D!
