When should I apply for this college? c/o 2011

I'm currently a Junior in high school. I will be a senior Fall 2010. I've already started my online application for one school but i'm not sure when I should send it in. I take my ACT next month so I was thinking I would send it when I got my score back- but i'm not quite sure...
The application doesn't say much. It DOES ask when I graduate though which i'm assuming that they will know that I will be applying for Fall 2011.
According to the application; i could apply without my test scores, I just have to tell them when I take my test. So eventually they would request my scores. Then it goes on to the activities and awards section.

When I skip ahead it "submit" says to 1.)print out my application 2.)print transcript request to give to counselor and 3.) receive instructions on submitting act scores.

then it says,
"Don't forget to have your transcript and standardized test scores sent to our Office of Admission no later than April 1."

Since April 1 has past, this would mean send it before April 1, 2011?

Also, if I finish my application, not including, act score, fafsa, and transcript, I will just have to turn that in before the due date. And, would it mean that I have time to bring up my grades and take a few college courses?

And last, they have rolling application..
What should I do?

My thing is, I don't want to be last minute. I want to be early with my college applications to save me from the stress next fall.

my recommendation is to turn it in sooner rather then later. but dont feel rushed.

turn it in at soon as you think it is the best it can be

and if a school offers rolling decision then the sooner you turn it in the sooner you get a response.

I’d call the school and ask - I think you have last year’s leftover application. There’s no reason you need to apply this early.

I’d also work closely with your high school guidance counselor…make sure he or she is aware of your intentions/actions.
