When should I receive a decision?

I've posted on here before asking to be chanced for UT Austin but received only one reply. :( But I really would like some input on when I should receive my admissions decision. My application was finished and sent in a little over a month ago. Here is my info, pasted from my last post:

I am graduating a year early. My GPA is 3.9 and my class rank is 16/223, which puts me in the top 7.2% of my class (BARELY missing automatic admission ).

I have taken all the pre-AP and AP classes that my school offers. I got a 5 on my AP English language test last year and a 3 on my AP German test (UT only requires you get a 2 to get credit).

My SAT score was 1870.

I am in National Honor Society, band (all three years of high school), debate (all three years), and on my school's UIL academic team. I made it to state in policy debate last year. I was in student council my first two years of high school. I am in a community service group that does service projects for my community regularly.

I had a teacher write me a very nice recommendation.

I'm in the Duke TIP program.

I am a bookkeeper at a grocery store where I have worked since freshman year (I just got promoted to a position that is usually reserved for people over 20).

And I'm Native American, if that would make a difference.

Based on my son’s acceptance, you are looking at the end of February 2014 for a decision.

Basically around Febuary-March because you’re not an auto admit

Around Feb-March is when the decision is made.
