I'm currently a senior and will be taking 2 AP tests this year. I have already indicated that I want these scores to be sent to Cornell, so those are done.

But what about the AP tests that I took last year? I did not put down a college because I had no idea what college I would end up at as a junior. I've heard that CollegeBoard would send your old scores to your college, but I've also heard that they don't send old scores, and only send this year's scores.

Can anyone clarify this for me? Thanks.

well, when i applied to cornell, i sent all of my ap scores along with all the other stuff. does anyone that cornell will have received it, since i sent them earlier than i was supposed to?

as for you, just like google ‘ap tests collegeboard’ and there’ll be a phone number at which you can tell collegeboard to send your ap scores to cornell. you need like your ap registration packet though i think and a credit card.

and so yeah, for this year, we just indicate that we want our scores to be sent to cornell on ap testing day?

Your old scores will also be sent to Cornell when you send them this year: Collegeboard keeps track of who takes what and when.

Hahah… What if I lost my registration packet?
I just take the APs and then forget…

If you’ve taken AP tests in two school years, you’ll remember that your score report had scores for every test you’ve taken before (or at least, it should’ve) along with the tests you took that year. That score report is what Cornell will get.

I do not know if it did… If I can find that sheet, though, will it contain that registration number?

Yeah, I think so. I always lose my packet with the stickers and I never fill out the SS# box, and I haven’t had a problem yet…
