WHEN should i send in my test scores for UC?

i dont know if it before December or January…

By the end of January. It said so on the email they send you after you submit your application.

so after i submit my app, I dont have to send in my SATI, SATII scores until JAN?
wow… i thought it was DEC

ALso, another quick Q:
do i need to send in all SAT AND ACT scores to UCs?
i heard i need to send in all SAT but not sure about ACT…

Ummm…do it now if you’re not planning on taking the SAT again. Why wait?

i will take SAT and ACT dec so its ok if i send in all my scores in december right?

bumpety,

same question, taking the DEC SAT, so wait til mid december to send ALL scores then?

i haven’t send in my application yet, so i don’t know what you mean by “test scores”
do you mean both SAT AND AP scores?

[University of California - Admissions](Apply now | UC Admissions)

SAT, ACT and SAT 2 test scores are required in December. Do NOT wait until January.

AP scores are not required until you are admitted and choose which campus you will attend. You only need to send them to that one campus.

Send in all test scores? IS that for just SAT I or it’s for both I and II? cause my friend said UCs require all Is to be sent but for IIs just send in the highest ones…

^From the College Board website:

[College Search - University of California: Los Angeles - UCLA - SAT®, AP®, CLEP®](<a href=“College Search - BigFuture | College Board”>College Search - BigFuture | College Board)

That happens to be on UCLA’s page, but all the UCs I have checked say the same thing. I see nothing specifying that they only want all SAT 1s, or anything exempting SAT 2s from that requirement.

Does your friend work in UC admissions?

alamemom, they say they will “only look at (consider) the highest score”
does that mean they can only see the highest score (through computer automization) or that they will “direct their attention to” only the highest score (meaning they might see bad scores out of the corner of their eye, thus hurting our chances)?

thank you for your wonderful help!

That I do not know, but bluebayou has posted that they see all the scores (see post #11 here: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-california-general/791170-uc-sat-act-scores.html#post1063533421</a> ). Even if they do “see” them all, I doubt they spend much time mulling them over - they have SO many applications to get through. Good luck!!!

Alright I knew my friend is a fat liar…He always make things up lol.
