<p>The UC application can be posted electronically, by Nov 30th (California time).
However, the servers do get busy, so I’d suggest you post earlier than that.</p>
<p>When you signed up for the Dec SATs you said where you wanted the scores sent. You need to tell the SAT company to send your scores. The UCs don’t want scores directly from you. Your transcripts aren’t needed until after you are accepted, and they need to be sent from your school. Your payment can also be done online.</p>
<p>They don’t consider recommendation letters.</p>
