I recently applied EA to Fordham. When would be the best time to send in my AP exam scores? Now or should I wait to see if I'm accepted?

Also should I withhold this score? I got all 5's and 4's except for one 2 on Stat.

Thanks

There is no need to send AP scores until you decide to attend. Most people wait until after they’ve taken senior year APs and send in July just the ones that matter for your particular school.

Ok thanks for the advice!

Only for the few schools that use AP scores for admission you should submit the scores for application. For all other schools, you only need to submit AP scores to the one you’ve decided to enroll after admission.

No college requires AP scores for admisison (a small number take them in lieu of any SAT or ACT or in lieu of SAT subject tests). Majority will not even consider them for admission. Nevertheless, high ranked colleges usually consider them if provided and thus if you want a college to be aware of your scores, you can report them (and report whichever ones you want to report). You need not pay to send them all official scores but instead can self-report them in the application or an essay or just send copies of your scores to the college’s admission office with a letter asking that they be included in your admissions file.

Once admitted, you will need to provide official scores to get college credit.
