On the online tracking page, it says that Columbia has not yet received my ED agreement form, which I sent both online from Commonapp.org as well as a hard copy via mail.

I know that this is their first year with Commonapp and that they may be a bit behind, but when should I start to worry about this and e-mail/call them?

I would make " the call" or you can go to the Columbia undergrad admissions facebook page and ask there. They answer pretty much daily. You can also see what the other people ask…

when should you worry? when columbia messages you to say “please send new copies of documents.” until then, they are just shifting and sorting.

why did you send 2 copies of the same thing?

@Wombat: Paranoia.

I guess it’s a blessing that I’m not paranoid/stressed when it comes to the college process. Heh. :)

wombat- There is an online ED agreement that only I sign in the Columbia Supplement section thru Commonapp, and there is the regular Commonapp ED form that my parent and guidance counselor sign. I wasn’t sure if I only did the online ED form thru the supplement.

I’ll go with admissionsgeek

^ yeah, there are two ED components to sign, but your parents don’t need to sign them and, they don’t need to be mailed in. i submitted both electronically and the app tracker says that they were both downloaded the day after i submitted.
