When should I take my first SAT for applying as early as November 30, 2010?

<p>I am Junior now. I am shooting for a great socre of 2200 (V+M=1500). I may attempt SAT for two or three times, if I do not achieve my dream score. Should I take my first SAT in January 2010?</p>

<p>My plan is to take the first one in January 2010 and get it over with. If not do one in March or April 2010, and one October 2010.</p>

<p>I don’t think you need to take it any earlier than January; I didn’t take my first one until March of my junior year. Just take it whenever you feel completely ready.</p>

<p>January or May would seem ideal for your first test date because you get the QAS report. Unless you have really been studying this summer, don’t do it this October.</p>
