buy our textbooks by? the first day of class? or does the professor give us some time? do we even need textbooks in class or just to use them for study outside of class?

No - definitely wait to buy your textbooks. Wait a week or so and decide if you’re actually going to need the textbook. I wasted so much money buying textbooks that I never opened.

Thanks, you might have just saved me hundreds of dollars!

just depends on the class

for more obvious ones like chemistry or something, you should buy it

For something like English, you want to buy early, so that you get the best used books or, if you buy them from an outside source, so that the price is lower (demand goes up as classes become more imminent). And that goes for any subject.

Does anyone here knows if i need any books for Psychology 10? Thanks.

Never need to buy books
