<p>I mailled my offline materials(transcript,recs,application fee waiver) dec. 10th.
i submitted the common app and supplements online dec. 31st. </p>
<p>but as of now 1 school(BU) is still missing my application fee waiver(which was in the same packet as everything else tho-weird) and another school(Tufts) is missing my rec. and my transcript!</p>
<p>how long do schools(if anyone knows specifically for BU and Tufts thatd be great) usually take to locate and organize files. I know its a lot of application materials that they have to sort through but I'm just curious/nervous.</p>

<p>the same thing happened to me. All of my transcripts were sent at the end of october. Some schools say they have gotten them, some dont. One school said they got my transcripts but not my counselor reccomendation. I called them to see if I should worry about this and they said to send in another one. It can usually take about two weeks or so to process everything</p>
<p>For fee waivers, it generally takes longer time for some schools to approve. As for the whole application, you should wait after Feb to call them because most schools will be done with processing then and most schools I applied to insisted that I check after Feb. if something is not received.</p>
