does that mean you can submit it on Nov. 30th or
does it mean that you have to send it by 29th 11:59pm??

anyone?? omg i feel so desperate right now

Most of the time they mean postmarked or electronically submitted by 11:59 PM on Nov 30th. Best thing is to call the admissions office and ask. Don't even have to talk with a counselor or identify yourself. The person answering the phone usually knows that one.

On the 30th, but the system could be fairly overloaded, I would do it early. You have plenty of time though.

they said post-marked 30th, so that means i can turn it in online on nov. 30th.. right? THANKS GUYS. you saved my life.. (regardless how gay that sounds)

It's best you turn it in earlier....

I'm done with mine. :(

But the Stanford one is KILLLING me. :(

I will guarantee that if you wait to submit on-line on Nov. 30, you'll run into some computer system problems on your end or the college's end. Learn from many other frazzled CC posters' experiences and get your application in before the deadline.

at the worst case, I can mail it on that day,, right? since it says "post marked Nov. 30th"?

Sure, but if you end up having computer problems at 11:30 p.m., it will be too late to get your application postmarked with that date since the post office will be closed by then. Sure, you can drop your letter in a mailbox, but it won't get postmarked until the next day.

The very worst case scenerio wouldn't even involve a computer glitch. You'll get the flu or something and will be too sick to finish your application on time.

Anyway, plan for the worst by organizing yourself to finish your app well before the deadline.

yea, thanks for the advices :)
