When they say "The priority application deadline is November 1." what does that mean?

<p>Seems like you’ve got it. You should submit and pay for it before Nov. 1st actually, it might take a while for the system to register your purchase, and in those final moments, the seconds are precious. Don’t risk it!
Grades are due by Dec 1st and test scores are due by Dec. 31st. Good luck! </p>
