<p>you have up to spring semester prior to your transfer to finish your prereqs. so you can still have them not done in the fall when you apply, but they must be completed by spring.</p>
<p>If you’re applying for fall '11 admission, you have until spring '10 to finish your prereqs.</p>

<p>^ Yeah, my counselor told me it’s better to have the prerequisite grades stamped on your application in the Fall so they can better gauge your application (or how well you will do in that major at their university) ;)</p>

<p>im pushing to have all mine done for ucb by this fall. which means 3 classes this summer and then the rest in the fall, so all i would have left to deal with is IGETC…i want them to see i can do well in my major atleast >.></p>

<p>You’re supposed to finish all of your requirements by the Spring prior to the Fall term you will start at the new school. </p>
<p>Counselors have told me several times that the sooner I would finish my major requirements, the better but really, a lot of other things are also taken into consideration. I finished one of my requirements (1 out of 5, the rest completed the previous Fall) this Spring and still got accepted. But I also have a friend who completed 3 requirements over the Spring (3 out of 4, the rest completed the previous Fall).</p>
