When to apply to a rolling admissions school?

Would it be better (as far as financial aid and merit scholarship opportunity) to apply as early as possible to a rolling admissions school, or to wait until I take the ACT again in September? I am applying to University of Alabama and Iowa State. I currently have a 32 on the ACT, but I’m taking it again in September. Should I wait to apply in case my score goes up, or would applying earlier be more beneficial?

As soon as possible.

Thanks. Also, maybe I should have mentioned this initially: I am moving from my mom’s house to my dad’s house in September. If I apply now should I use my mom’s address and then contact the school once I move? Or should I just use my dad’s address, since I’ll soon be living there? OR do I just wait until I move to apply?

I think that you have the option to list multiple addresses? I kind of skimmed the part about a second address because it didn’t apply to me, but I’m pretty sure you can list your current address, then list any changes of address that will occur your senior year!

Hmm I think you are right, but maybe for the Common App. Unfortunately the Iowa and Alabama apps don’t seem to have that. That would be nice though!

Ohh sorry I assumed you were talking about the common app! If the other apps don’t have that option I would list your new address (your dad’s)
