When to apply to CSUs?

CSU applications begin on October 1st. I want to apply as early as possible to CSUF and CSULB! I am taking the SAT on October 1st and the ACT again on October 22.

Can I apply before I get my test scores back, or do I have to wait until I receive my test scores from the Oct. 22 ACT?

Previously, I scored an 1110 on the SAT and 22 on the ACT

You can apply anytime before the Nov 30th deadline and send your scores later.

There is really no advantage to applying early (from and admissions perspective.
