When to report AP scores?

Hey, I'm wondering when I should report AP scores. I didn't take any this year (yay, senior!), so I don't have the advantage of being able to use the back of the AP student pack (so i have to pay 15 dollars, whatever).

Can I report my AP scores now, or would it be best to wait till later, like if I were to consider Advanced Standing or something? Also, since I'm an incoming student, will Harvard know that or be like WHO IS THIS and then throw it away or something?

Also, any potential advantage in not reporting?

I hope that students will correct me if I am wrong. But if I recall correctly, the only score that will get you anything at Harvard is foreign language. Your AP or even SAT II score could test you out of the foreign language requirement. As for math and the sciences, you will be having to take Harvard’s placement tests anyhow. So unless there is something I am missing, the only reason to report is if the score fulfills the language requirement AND you wish to get out of it.

D had 6 AP scores and sent none.
