When to send in UC apps?

<p>I heard that the UC servers fail on the last day… When is the latest for me to send them in safely? Are these stories rumors or are they real?? Would they give applicants an extra day if servers were to fail?</p>

<p>Get the applications in this week. The servers are often swamped at the deadline. And this year, you are unlikely to get even an extra minute.</p>
