When to send it

<p>Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I searched the forum and couldn't find the answer to my question. I'm not American, and I moved here 5 years ago. Now I'm in the beginning of my Senior year and thinking about majoring in Animation. </p>

<p>My question is this: I have my college essay ready, and my transcripts are paid for. My letters of recomendation are also ready, and I also have taken the SATs. The only thing missing is my portfolio, which I'm currently working on. Should I just start sending admissions to colleges and later on send the portfolio, or just wait to send it all together?</p>

<p>Different schools have different requirements. Look at each school’s admission requirements online for their dates. We had some schools where my daughter sent different parts of her admissions packet separately. Generally she waited as long as she could to finalize her portfolio. In the meantime, work on getting good photos of your work ready to go.</p>
