<p>Do it as soon as possible. Many colleges aren’t very strict but wasting time doesn’t help your case.</p>
<p>Your guidance counselor is responsible for transcripts as well as his/her secondary school report. Students don’t have access to official transcripts anyways. You did inform him/her of your target schools, right?</p>

<p>yeah my counselor already sent all the forms, but I didn’t know that he was also responsible for transcript as well. I think I’m all good then!.</p>
