When to send transcripts for fall 2012?

<p>I am a freshman at MSU and have been toying with the idea of a transfer to a university in another state. I would be a sophomore next year, so they ask that I include my ACT/high school transcripts of course. How early should I send my high school transcripts? I'm pretty sure they'll just keep them on record until I send my application/freshman college transcript.
I just finished my fall semester here at MSU.</p>

<p>You can send them anytime and they will hold them for the rest of your application materials, you might want to note on the envelope that it is for transfer admissions.</p>
