When To Take SATs

Hola!

I'm a bit conflicted as to when I should retake my SAT I and take my remaining SAT IIs, so I was hoping to find some helpful advice here.

I'm currently a junior who has taken the SAT I twice before. My scores are as follows:
12/09 - 1980 (630 CR, 660 M, 690 W/8e)
3/10 - 2120 (690 CR, 710 M, 720 W/8e)

My original goal was 2150, but after seeing my March scores, I hope I can reach at least 2220-2250.

I also took the World History SAT II and received a satisfactory score. I plan to take one or two more subject tests.

I absolutely want to finish everything before November for EA and rolling admissions schools, so I only have two test dates left (June and October).

Here are the options I have laid out for myself:
1: June - SAT I (I can compile my finalized list of colleges over the summer, but I won't have much time for adequate prep what with school, sports, and AP exams) & Oct. - SAT IIs Chemistry (I'm taking AP Chemistry next year and the summer homework would be excellent for the test)
2: June - SAT II Math II, Bio E/M (I'm currently in Calculus AB and Biology, so I won't have to do a ton of outside prep) & Oct. - SAT I (I'll have more time to study)

Also, any advice regarding the subject tests I plan on taking would be most welcome. Actually, any advice at all is nice.

Thank you. :D

Go with Option 2. However, make sure that you still prep for the SAT II’s. They’re not a walk in the park if you take the course, unless the course is rigorous in your school.

I doing Option 2 myself, but with different SAT II’s (Math 2, US Hist, Chem).

Thank you for your reply and advice.

Anyone else want to offer some words of wisdom?

You’ll probably be alot smarter in OCT, thereby increasing your chances for a higher SAT score. Option 2 is the best. (also because you took the SAT’s twice already  I would have recommended june but i just saw you took the SAT’s twice)

I would go with Option 2, too.

I appreciate all the replies.

I will be following through with the second option. It does seem wiser and more logical to be taking the SAT IIs after having taken the corresponding courses.
