When to take the SAT?

I am a junior and I just took the ACT in September and scored a 33. I am planning on studying a little bit more and hopefully scoring higher in March when we have to give it through school. When should I give the SAT? I was thinking the March 8th test date but that will be right after the ACT? Help!!!!!

It is easier to take the SAT. TCB is the outfit that gives it.

It is pretty clear that a certain part of the world insists in using that utterly misguided expression. TCB should really incorporate it in the test!

Pardon me… digging but I didn’t understand a work you said. Could you reiterate that? Also guys… when should I take the SAT??? Bump! Help!!!

Bump bump… I was thinking to take it for the first time in March and then if I need to retake it in May. I don’t want to retake it June cuz that’s when I’m planning on taking the SAT 2s. Is this a good schedule? For my retake I may have to wait till September of senior year b/c may is ap time. Guys I really need advice

Xiggi autocorrect to digging sorry. Could you plz explain your previous post?

You don’t “give” the SAT, you “take” the SAT. For example, a teacher gives you a test, not the other way around.

Ok pardon my incorrect grammar but could someone plz help me out!!!

I see that a ton of u guys have seen my post and know plenty of you have taken the SAT. Can anyone please give me some advice???

OK, I will put you out of this misery. The reason nobody has answered is because all tests are comparable. The best time to take it is when you are ready and sufficiently prepared. That is an answer that only YOU know how to answer.

If you were trying to find a best (or easiest) date, the answer is that … all tests are of equal difficulty as far as final scores.

I’ve seen the phrases “give a test” and “write a test” mean the same as “take a test.” So I’m not sure if that phrase is grammatically incorrect.

xiggi is right; you should just take it when you’re most prepared. Many people take it in the spring of junior year and again in fall senior year, but obviously you don’t have to follow the norm.

Thanks for the replies… but my main question is would taking both the ACT and SAT in March be too much considering that I have already taken the ACT once?
