Thank you! Yes that is what the website says, however, I heard a rumor (not trying to get people’s hopes up) about late March. I was wondering if anyone can confirm

I think they were snail-mailed March 20th last year.
@phoenixmomof2 @waitingtohere Right, I think they’re mailed earlier than the beginning of April: the 10th is a safety net, I believe, so they won’t get hounded because some people didn’t hear back by a certain date. And that is very important considering they have no online status check, only mail. Which, in some ways, heightens the anticipation because there aren’t email or online checks 
They should consider having an online check or email though.
