When will I hear back?

<p>I applied regular decision to CU Boulder on November 21st (regular decision). I put finance as my major. I read that I'll hear back around March. Will I hear back earlier because I applied at the very beginning of the regular decision window? If so, when do you think I'll get my decision?</p>
