<p>Okay, I sent my part of the common app to Ithaca online on 11/28, then I had to wait until Dec. 20 for one of my teacher recommendations (he's no longer a teacher, and hard to get in touch with) so bottom line, I sent my part end of Nov. and my school sent their part on Dec. 20....... myIthaca registered like 2 weeks ago that they've received everything. I'm getting nervous. Should I be?</p>

<p>I heard around December 19th, but I applied way back in November.</p>
<p>A month seems like a reasonable waiting period. It took a while after my stuff went in for me to get a response, and I imagine they probably had far fewer applications in yet at the time.</p>
<p>I'm not worried about it being a month from when I applied, I expected more than that originally... I'm just nervous because everyone on here seems to have sent their applications in around the time I sent mine, or after I sent mine. And have heard back.</p>

<p>It's when your whole package, including letters, the fee and sat scores arrived, not just the application and supp.</p>

<p>Did you guys apply ea or regular? I applied regular but sent it all in by Dec. 1 because to qualify for scholarships some required it that way. Are they doing rolling decisions?</p>
<p>I applied regular decision and sent in my application around December 5th; my transcript was probably received the following week. I was accepted on January 14th. According to their website, the applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Perhaps they review by department as well?</p>
