<p>There's a Penn alumni magazine that says the university will email the ED applicant, telling him/her what time on Dec. 11 decisions should be available on the Portal.</p>
<p>I know Columbia emails their ED's on Monday.. anyone know the day for Penn?</p>

<p>At 3pm you will receive and email with a link to where you can receive your decision. You must log in to the Applicant Portal to receive the decision.</p>
