When will Penn

my school alone increased from 20 ish ED from 50 ish Ed , most of those who applied ED are borderline applicants , low sat high gpa , or low gpa high sat , but Penn accepts about 40ish- 50ish kids from my school every year

bleh.
which do they like better (cerbus perebus)
low sat high gpa better or
low gpa high sat?

high GPA

two cases from last year
1190 rank 42/600 ( accepted)
1370 rank 120/600 ( rejected)

dammit. i fall into the latter category.
i guess i would respect the high gpa too. shows that they work hard.

how's your stat?

meep. don't know rank but i did really really really poorly junior year.
my sophmore grades were straight A's but junior grades i'd rather not say.
i was in top 4% sophmore year. but now, probably borderlining 10%

SAT is 1550 (750 v 800 m), 800 800 730 (math, physics, writing)

on the whole, my english grades aren't very good. i took two englishes junior year which accounted for my poor showing.
i'm applying for SEAS

location matters alot , you have some shot ,if your from philly you have a great shot
