When will the hack be working?

I dunno--I'll wake up when I wake up. I've been known to wake up randomly due to excitement/anxiety (Christmas morning!).

5 am is too early for me :)

No I probably wont be up at 5, but I know as soon as I wake up I'm probably going to break into a full sprint for the computer lol.

It would really suck if we woke up at 5 and the scores weren't up or that they fixed the hack...

Ditto what NeoEpisteme said ;)

Okay, I did the right-click and view properties thing so I have my ID number but is the url that's listed there (under "properties") the same as the one to use to see the scores? If it's not, could someone type out the url in a way that doesn't get all scrunched up by the ellipses when it becomes a hypertext (or whatever happens so that not all of the characters are displayed here)?

Pretty please!

Okay, just do the right-click and view properties thing again, except do it for the hack link that was posted (and "scrunched", lol) on the first page. Then you can copy and paste the entire url.

You only need the seven-number ID number from the other page--you substitute the numbers for the seven Xs in the hack url.

EDIT: Meh, here's the code again: <a href="https://services.actstudent.org/OA_HTML/actibeCAcdSecCk.jsp?regId=xxxxxxx%5B/url%5D">https://services.actstudent.org/OA_HTML/actibeCAcdSecCk.jsp?regId=xxxxxxx</a></p>

I'll probably go to sleep a bit early and wake up at 7 or something :P

UGH.

i want to know so baddd. =/

how does 5am central time correlate with pacific/eastern time?

about what percent of test-takers will be able to see their scores tomorrow with the hack?

Does ACT upload scores in a specific order? By state, school, name, alphabetically?

Ah, thanks mflevity. I get it now. I'm assuming we do need to log in, then just go to the hack website (with the ID added for the x's)?

Right. In fact, you can just close the real ACT homepage after you log in, then paste the hack.

...

By the way, I figured something out and thought I'd mention it: I was bored today and clicked on my February 2008 scores instead of April. When the password prompt page popped up, the website URL was * exactly the same as the "hack" URL *...with my old regID code.

So the hack really is a "glitch". It isn't some piece of computer code that someone dreamed up. It just takes you directly to the password prompt page, only with the regID from your new test, so the website is forced to open the new scores.

(My apologies if someone pointed this out ages ago and I just missed it)

the website is back up and mine arent up still.. fuuck.

mine aren't either...

I'm trying my past ACT dates to see if the hack's working, and it isn't, so I think ACT fixed the hack. damn.

The hack still works for my February scores. However, the April test still says "Registered" not "Tested".

Maybe they're just not up yet.

Damn it mine aren't up yet either

mine's not working either~
i think we just need to wait till wednesday~~
just 3 more days

Mine not up.
