Does anyone know if the post offices in the US close early today for New Year’s Eve or if they’ll hold regular business hours? It means the difference between having an hour to finish an essay or 7 hours. I know, I’m bad. Anyways I’ve been trying to call my local office to ask but they don’t even have a freaking message machine. Effing post office.

<p>I called my post office repeatedly before posting. No one answered and there was no machine. I couldn't use the usps.com website either because it has the wrong hours for regular days anyways.</p>
