when will the QAS come???(May,2009)

<p>then, should QAS be here by this weekend?? and (i know this is probably a stupid question) does QAS come in the mail?</p>

<p>January 23rd QAS came in mail to me (and to most of my students) on Monday after the March 13 test. >_<</p>
