<p>Ok, so for those of us who were not brilliant enough to warrant an invite, what day should we expect letters from NYU? March 29,30,30 or In April?</p>
<p>I got an invite, but still no letter. I hope it comes in soon, I need to figure out my financial aid situation.</p>
<p>We are in NC. My son got the University Day invite (Gallatin) last week and his official big envelope from NYU admissions arrived today. Financial aid is sad, offered only loans, and we have one other child who is a sophomore at NYU.</p>
<p>my friends living right aruond me all got their big envelopes, but i didnt... we all got the invites and i confirmed i was into the school, so im still waiting.... they got them yesterday, and there was nothing for me then or today</p>

<p>I don't think I'd worry about it until next week. They said packets were going out around April 1 and I know they don't mail them all the same day. I think they are just starting to arrive and will do so for the next few days.</p>
<p>I haven't heard ANYTHING from NYU, i just got rejected from not one but TWO Ivies today, so i'm really starting to freak out, if i get rejected by NYU, i honestly don't know what i'm going to do, i've been accepted elsewhere yea, but they were all safeties to me, and the fact that i now have to choose between them... is just so damn scary....</p>
<p>don't worry, Sanhyoh. It'll all work out for you, I'm sure. You'll get NYU; don't worry about Columbia and Harvard. All they care about is numbers and you have way more to offer than numbers alone.</p>
<p>I got my package on Tuesday by courier (I'm from Canada...)
No invite, but I did get an email to confirm I got my admissions letter.</p>
