<p>There are threads all over this place about likely letters, but I don’t think starting your own will get you any attention. That said:</p>
<p>1) Don’t expect to get a likely letter, they’re very rare and most people who get in DON’T get them. IE, you probably won’t either.</p>
<p>2) They’re usually sent out between the time apps are due (this includes EA as well) and…well, nowish, I think. It seems as though if you were a likely applicant, you would have been notified before now.</p>
