I’m an international student and submitted my application and my documents about mid-January. They already received my sat and toefl scores.
When will I get a response? Will I be evaluated in space-available basis?
Also, what are my chances of getting in City College (first choice). My sat is 1770(540W,600CR,630M) and my toefl ibt 96.
